So says Dave Hampton, the “Carbon Coach”. Dave’s entertaining newsletter, Communique, is a handy source of information if you’re trying to persuade the climate change deniers in your neighbourhood that there really IS something more to it all than hot air and media hype.

His latest campaign is to encourage “personal carbon disclosure for leadership”. He wants everyone in positions of public leadership to estimate and disclose their total annual CO2 emissions - their personal ‘carbon cloud’ (often referred to as a ‘carbon footprint’)

He’s started an on-line petition for the rest of us to tell government we want their carbon disclosure. But before you sign the petition, Dave wants you to make sure your own house is in order...
