With buildings’ energy ratings looming large on the horizon, the commercial property sector is beginning to ask probing questions about the business impact of these requirements and the growing consumer demand for greater transparency and more ‘ethical’ business practices.

‘Corporate social responsibility and the property sector’ is a one-day event organised by sustain magazine at the London Stock Exchange on Monday 14 May. The event will discuss the wide-ranging issues surrounding CSR including regeneration, healthy working environments and carbon emissions.
