LGA counts down to zero carbon

The Local Government Association (LGA) is holding a one-day conference on Monday 22 October 2007 to discuss the actions local authorities can take now in order to achieve zero carbon buildings by 2016.

Speakers will look at what zero carbon means in terms of individual buildings, developments and whole neighbourhoods, and how authorities can create a zero carbon vision for their local area.
