

The Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) has published ‘zerocarbonbritain’, a blueprint for Britain to reduce its carbon emissions to zero by 2027. The report draws on CAT’s 35 years of experience and consultations with world-renowned experts in climate science, climate policy and renewable energy technologies.
