Code for Sustainable Homes training

Sustainable Homes, based at Hastoe Housing Association, promotes awareness of sustainable development issues and good practice, and encourages housing associations to adopt sustainable policies and practices.

It’s running a series of training events around the country on the Code for Sustainable Homes, starting in November and running through to Easter 2008.

Each day-long event will include a detailed insight into the Code (particularly Code level 3 – the minimum requirement for publicly funded homes from 2008), workshops, case studies, and an explanation of the main differences from the EcoHomes standard.
